Bikram Yoga

Bikram's Beginner Yoga Class is a twenty-six asana series practiced in 35–42°C (95–108°F). This series invigorates the entire body by stimulating the glands, nerves and organs and in turn, improving circulation of oxygenated blood throughout the body. The series also warms and stretches muscles, ligaments and tendons to flush out accumulated lactic acid and scar tissue, healing the body inside out. Proper weight, muscle tone, vibrant health and sense of well-being will automatically follow with a regular practice.

Strength-Flow

Influenced by different Hatha Yoga traditions, the Strength-Flow Class builds the endurance and flexibility necessary to further develop all practice levels. Students will learn physical asanas to attain a mind and body connection, deepening self-awareness. This series provides a well-rounded compliment to any yoga practice by blending elements from the Tibetan, Vinyasa, Bikram and Yin styles. (This class is heated to approximately 27°C (80°F).)
